We offer services for the development, installation, and configuration of online casinos, poker, and a sports betting module.
Payment is made in stages:
- Advance payment (1/3 of the cost)
- Second payment (2/3 of the cost)
- Final payment after project completion
The software warranty is valid for 12 months, provided that the code is not altered by third-party developers and copyrights are preserved. Payment can be made in USDT/USDC, by bank card, or in cash (VAT depends on our GEO).

Our Public Offer
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is an official proposal (public offer) and regulates the procedure for providing services for the development, installation, and configuration of online casinos, poker, and a sports betting module (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”).
1.2. Unless otherwise provided by a written agreement between the parties, this document takes precedence in cases where the provisions of the agreement and the Public Offer differ.
1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is considered to be the advance payment in the amount specified in Section 7 of this Offer. Acceptance means the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms set forth in this Offer.
1.4. From the moment of acceptance of the Offer, a full-fledged contract for the provision of paid services (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) arises between the Contractor and the Client (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”).
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide a set of services for the development and launch of an online casino and, if necessary, a poker and sports betting module (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”), including:
- Installation, configuration, and integration of software;
- Connection of payment systems (if provided and included in the cost);
- Technical support and consultations according to the selected service package;
- Other services agreed upon by the Parties additionally.
2.2. The Client undertakes to accept and pay for the specified Services under the terms of this Offer.
3. Legal Basis of Cooperation
3.1. Cooperation is carried out on the basis of this Offer or a written agreement (if it is concluded by the Parties in writing).
3.2. All obligations of the Parties are enshrined in this Offer and are legally binding from the moment of its acceptance.
3.3. The Parties recognize the legal force of electronic documents and correspondence related to the conclusion and execution of this Offer, provided that they are received through official communication channels confirmed by the parties.
4. Scope and Content of Work
4.1. What is included in the project cost:

5. Additional Opportunities

6. Technical Support and Warranty
6.1. Technical support and customization package for $1980 (40 hours). This package includes:

- Services of the Contractor’s specialists.
6.2. The system is extremely simple for self-management. However, the Client can at any time use the professional support of the Contractor for an additional fee or within the framework of the paid package.
6.3. The warranty for all software is valid for 12 months, provided that the code is not altered by third-party developers and the website retains copyrights and a link to the manufacturer’s website.
7. Payment Terms and Work Stages
7.1. Payment for the work is made in the amount of 100% of its cost, divided into the following stages:
- Advance payment (1/3 of the total project cost) — after receiving it, the Contractor proceeds to install the script on the server;
- Second payment (2/3 of the total cost) — after receiving it, the Contractor installs the template or design and configures the games;
- Final payment — after receiving it, the Contractor integrates the payment system, transfers all access and service accounts to the Client.
7.2. Payment can be made in USDT (TRC20, ERC20) and USDC (no commission).
7.3. When paying by bank card or in cash, VAT is charged, calculated depending on the Client’s jurisdiction.
7.4. After the final payment, the project is fully operational and can generate a profit for the Client at the level of 40–70% of the turnover (based on statistics provided by the Contractor’s experience, without guarantees of achieving specific financial results).
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Contractor is responsible for:
- The quality and functionality of the software and integrations within the warranty period and provided that the Client complies with the terms of this Offer;
- Timely performance of work on the installation and configuration of the software, provided that the Client makes timely payments.
8.2. The Client is responsible for:
- Timely payment for the Services;
- Legitimacy of the use of content, domain names, and other intellectual property;
- Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of their country and the countries where the gaming service will be available.
- Placement of the product on public services or distribution without the knowledge of the developers
8.3. The Parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances that could not have been foreseen and/or prevented (natural disasters, military actions, acts of state authorities, etc.).
9. Final Provisions
9.1. All terms set forth in this Offer are aimed at ensuring transparent and reliable cooperation, providing a quality product, and a confident start for the Client in the online gambling market.
9.2. Any changes, additions, or appendices to this Offer are valid only if they are agreed upon by the Parties in writing or through the exchange of documents via official contacts.
9.3. This Offer is posted on the Contractor’s website and may be changed unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication. In case of significant changes, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Client no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the changes take effect.
9.4. If individual provisions of this Offer are invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force and are binding on the Parties.
9.5. Disputes and disagreements arising from this Offer or in connection with it are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the location of the Contractor, unless otherwise provided by law.
The date of entry into force of this Public Offer is the date of its publication on the Contractor’s website.
