GGR (gross gaming revenue) = players’ bets minus players’ winnings, before bonuses and taxes. The 15% share on the official slots package is charged on GGR of those games.
Profit for the white label share (8%) = GGR minus bonuses and payment provider fees, calculated monthly from the platform reports.
Launch in 7 business days means the technical launch: the platform is installed, configured and accepting registrations. Accepting real money depends on your license and payment providers, which we help to connect.

No hidden fees

All amounts you pay to Gambling Soft are on this page and in your invoice; there is nothing beyond them. The price of a source-code product or a turnkey package is paid once. Shown separately and paid only if they apply to you: the share of GGR for games as listed above; hosting after the period included in your package; licensing, payment providers and other third-party services at their own rates, without a markup from us; a 7% surcharge for bank and card payments (USDT/USDC at 1:1 without surcharge); additional work you order under a separate estimate. Your rights to the code

The source code is delivered under a perpetual licence: you may modify it and use it in any number of your own projects and domains.
Resale, transfer to third parties and publication of the code are prohibited.
The rights to the platform remain with the rights holder of the Gambling Soft platform.
Only the licence check module is delivered in protected form (3 ionCube files); it is not tied to a domain or a server.
A fully paid licence is not revoked; the only exception under the Offer (clause 8.6) is interference with the protected licence-check files.
If we cease operations, the licence remains perpetual, the key check does not depend on our servers, and the source code is already in your hands; escrow is arranged under a separate agreement.

If we miss a stage deadline for reasons on our side, you receive compensation of 0.5% of the price of that stage for each business day of delay from the sixth day, up to 15%, and after 10 business days you may terminate and get the unaccepted stages refunded (Offer, clauses 7.6 and 7.8).
