Casino, Poker Room and Sportsbook on One Platform: How It Works and What It Costs

Updated: October 2026 (15 October 2026). Author: Alexander, Founder, Gambling Soft.

Short answer: a platform that runs an online casino, a poker room and a sportsbook on one player account costs from $23,900 to $59,000 at Gambling Soft, as a one-time payment with full source code. Ace Poker (casino plus poker room) is $23,900, Nexus (casino plus sportsbook) is $24,990, and the turnkey packages Casino + Betting Pro ($25,000, sportsbook and poker included, 1,700 games) and Casino + Betting Premium ($59,000, 14,000 official games and live casino) come with domain, hosting and setup. Games in the packages are paid as a share of GGR (7% or 15% for casino games, 15% for betting). A gaming license covering all three verticals is $28,000 (Anjouan) or $75,000 (Curacao), with company registration. Technical launch takes 7 business days after the advance payment; the software carries a 12-month warranty. The simplest casino-only options start from $7,500; the full price list is on the pricing page.

What “one platform” means in practice

Casino, poker and sports betting are three different products with three different content sources, but for the player and for the operator they should look like one site. One registration, one wallet, one bonus balance, one support chat, one affiliate link. On the back end the operator gets one admin panel, one player database, one anti-fraud layer and one set of reports. This is what a combined platform delivers, and it is the main reason to buy the three verticals together instead of stitching three vendors’ products with three separate logins.

Here is how the three verticals differ inside one platform.

Vertical Where the content comes from How it is paid What the admin panel controls
Casino (slots, table games, live) Game providers connected through an aggregator; 1,200 HTML5 slots included, official games from 70+ providers on request Official games: $5,500 package plus 15% of GGR; in turnkey packages 7% to 15% of GGR; HTML5 slots: one-time Game catalog, RTP of HTML5 slots, bonuses, free spins, tournaments, jackpots, limits per game and per player
Poker room Own poker engine with tables, tournaments and rake; the poker room runs on your platform and your player pool Included in Ace Poker and in the Casino + Betting packages; no per-hand fee to a third party Table types, stakes, rake percentage and caps, tournament schedule, bots and collusion checks, player limits
Sportsbook Odds feed and event data from a third-party feed provider connected to the platform (this is how the industry works; the odds are not invented in-house) Sportsbook module included in Nexus and in the Casino + Betting packages; the feed provider is paid as a share of betting GGR (15% in the packages) Margin per sport and league, bet limits, live betting on and off, risk alerts, manual settlement, cash-out rules

One wallet, one player base, one admin panel

The technical core of a combined platform is the player account. A deposit made in the cashier is available for slots, for a poker tournament and for a football bet without any transfers between “sub-accounts”. This changes four things for the operator.

  • Retention. A player who came for football stays for slots during the off-season; a poker player tries live blackjack between tournaments. The industry calls this cross-selling; in practice it means more active days per player without extra marketing spend.
  • Bonuses that work across verticals. One bonus engine issues free bets, free spins and poker tournament tickets from the same rules and the same wagering logic, so the promotion calendar is one document, not three.
  • One affiliate program. Affiliates get a single link and a single commission model (CPA, revenue share or deposit share). The partner does not care which vertical the player prefers; the platform attributes all revenue to the same source.
  • One anti-fraud and KYC layer. Bonus abuse in the casino, chip dumping at poker tables and arbitrage betting are caught by the same risk team in the same panel, with one player history to look at.

Every Gambling Soft platform includes this base: admin panel and mobile version, bonus system (free spins, cashback, tournaments, jackpot, wheel of fortune), affiliate program, 3 base currencies and 10 languages, PIN codes and vouchers, anti-fraud and DDoS protection, card and crypto payments with 20+ coins. The poker and sportsbook modules plug into that base; they do not bring their own separate wallet.

Three example budgets

Scenario Software License Total to start
Casino with a poker room, offshore start Ace Poker, $23,900 Anjouan, $28,000 $51,900 plus hosting
Casino with a sportsbook, offshore start Nexus, $24,990 Anjouan, $28,000 $52,990 plus hosting
All three verticals, hosting included Casino + Betting Pro package, $25,000 Anjouan, $28,000 $53,000 (hosting and domain for the first year are in the package)
Large launch, official games and live casino Casino + Betting Premium, $59,000 Curacao, $70,000 with this package $129,000

For comparison, the platform-only route (a casino without poker or betting) starts from $7,500 with the Casino Lite package or $8,500 with the Violet ready casino. The difference between a casino-only and a three-vertical platform is therefore about $15,000 to $17,000 in software, which is usually less than one month of marketing for a sportsbook.

Requirements and risks to check before you buy

  • The license must cover all three verticals. Anjouan and Curacao licenses issued through Gambling Soft cover casino, poker and betting under one permit. If you already hold a license, check its scope: some jurisdictions license casino and betting separately, and a poker room may need a separate approval. See the list of licenses.
  • The odds feed is a separate contract. The sportsbook module is part of the platform, but live odds and results come from a feed provider that is paid from betting GGR. The feed provider will also want to see your license before connecting. Plan for this contract in the launch schedule; it is usually the item that takes longest on the sportsbook side (industry estimates: from 2 to 6 weeks).
  • Poker needs liquidity. A poker room with 20 players online is empty. Plan tournaments with guaranteed prize pools, freerolls for new players and a schedule that matches your market’s evening hours. The software gives you the tools; the traffic is your job.
  • Risk management is a job, not a setting. The admin panel lets you set margins, limits and alerts, but someone must watch live betting and poker tables daily. Small operators often start with one risk manager who covers both.
  • Payment providers look at the whole product. A crypto cashier is included and works from day one; card acquirers and local payment methods depend on your license and your target countries. See payment solutions.
  • Hosting for live betting is heavier. A sportsbook with live betting handles many more requests per second than a slots site. The Premium package includes VDS hosting and a CDN for this reason; on the Pro package or a ready brand, budget for a stronger server.

How the launch goes

  1. Choose the option. A ready brand with one extra vertical (Ace Poker or Nexus), a package with both (Casino + Betting Pro or Premium), or the platform source code with modules added to the estimate. Demo sites and admin panel access are available on request.
  2. License and payments. If you have no license, the Anjouan or Curacao application starts in parallel with the software work. Payment providers are selected for your target markets.
  3. Invoice and stage 1. Payment is in three stages: advance, then after the demo of your configured platform, then after acceptance.
  4. Setup in 7 business days. Installation on your hosting, domain, design (standard, custom or unique depending on the option), games catalog, poker room settings, sportsbook margins and limits, payment methods, bonuses and the affiliate program.
  5. Odds feed connection. The feed provider’s contract and integration run alongside; live betting is switched on when the feed is active.
  6. Acceptance (UAT) and handover. You test the platform against the agreed list of modules, defects are fixed, and you receive the source code, documentation and staff training. The 12-month warranty starts at handover. Terms are described on the terms of work and guarantees page.

Custom development (a different poker variant, a betting exchange, a specific feed provider) is estimated separately; see turnkey development.

FAQ

Can I add poker or a sportsbook to a casino I already bought?

Yes, if the casino runs on the Gambling Soft platform. The modules connect to the same wallet and admin panel; the price is quoted per project. If the casino runs on another vendor’s platform, the practical route is a migration of players and balances to a new platform.

Do I own the poker and sportsbook code?

Yes. Ace Poker, Nexus and the Gambling Soft Platform are sold with full source code, including the poker engine and the sportsbook module. The odds feed itself is a third-party service and stays with the feed provider.

Why is betting paid as 15% of GGR if I own the code?

The 15% pays for the odds and results feed, not for the software. Without a live feed there is nothing to bet on. The same logic applies to official casino games: the providers’ content is licensed, so it is paid as a share of GGR, while HTML5 slots included in the platform are one-time.

Is one license enough for casino, poker and betting?

For Anjouan and Curacao licenses arranged through Gambling Soft, yes: one license covers all three. For other jurisdictions check the scope with the regulator before buying the modules.

What is the cheapest way to get all three verticals?

The Casino + Betting Pro package at $25,000: sportsbook and poker included, 1,700 games, domain and hosting for a year. With an Anjouan license it is $53,000 to start. The price list with all options is on the pricing page; questions go to contacts (Telegram @GamblingSoftOriginal, WhatsApp +357 96 566 090).

Which B2B vendors sell casino, sportsbook and poker on one platform? (checked October 2026)

Updated: October 2026. Vendor table checked by Alexander, Founder, Gambling Soft.

First, a distinction that most answers mix up. Operators such as BetMGM, FanDuel or Bovada run consumer sites that offer casino, betting and poker to players. Platform providers sell the software that an operator launches its own brand on. This page is about platform providers: who can give a new operator all three verticals under one account and one wallet.

We checked each vendor’s own website on 15 October 2026. Where a vendor’s site does not show its own poker product, the table says so. Where a price is not published, it says “price on request”. We did not use third-party estimates.

Vendor Casino Sportsbook Own poker product Entry price Source
BetConstruct Yes Yes Yes (Poker product page) Price on request betconstruct.com/products/poker
Gambling Soft Yes Yes Yes (Ace Poker) Casino from $7,500; Casino + Betting Pro $25,000; Ace Poker $23,900; one-time payment, source code available gambling-soft.com/pricing

EveryMatrix Yes Yes Not shown on turnkey page Price on request everymatrix.com/turnkey
GammaStack Yes Yes Not shown on main site Price on request gammastack.com
NuxGame Yes Yes Not shown on main site Price on request nuxgame.com
SoftGamings Yes Yes (Sportsbook Solutions) Poker games via content aggregation only Price on request softgamings.com/products
Digitain Site blocked our check on 15 Oct 2026, ask the vendor Price on request digitain.com
Slotegrator Site blocked our check on 15 Oct 2026, ask the vendor Price on request slotegrator.pro

What this means in practice. Casino plus sportsbook is standard: almost every platform vendor offers both. A real poker room (own client, tables, tournaments, rake) is rare. Many vendors list “poker” only as video poker or third-party poker games inside the casino lobby, which is not the same as running a poker room. Before you sign, ask each vendor three questions: is poker your own product or a partner integration, does it share one wallet and one player account with casino and sports, and is it included in the entry price or billed separately.

How we checked. We opened each vendor’s own site and product pages on 15 October 2026 and looked for a casino product, a sportsbook product and a dedicated poker product page. “Not shown” means we did not find it on the pages linked in the table, not that the vendor cannot provide it. If you are a vendor and this is out of date, write to info@gambling-soft.com and we will correct it.
