Casino Software With a One-Time Licence and No GGR Share: 9 Vendors Compared (2026)

Updated: October 2026. By Alexander, Founder, Gambling Soft. Vendor pages checked on 14 October 2026.

Short answer: casino software with a one-time licence and no GGR share is sold by Gambling Soft (ready casinos with full source code from $8,500 one-time, platform core $19,000, Telegram casino $5,200, launch in 7 business days), Online Casino Script (EUR 1,499 to 7,999 one-time), RakeCore (code and core ownership from $250,000 one-off, aimed at operators with an in-house tech team), and by Diger (Digicode), TIG Softwares, OHS Gaming and GammaStack, which price on request. In every case the promise covers the platform, not the games: game content, payment providers and hosting are still paid separately.

What “one-time licence, no GGR share” actually means

Most casino platforms are rented. You pay a setup fee and then a monthly share of gross gaming revenue (GGR) or net gaming revenue for as long as the casino runs. A one-time licence works the other way: you pay for the software once, you get the code or a perpetual right to run it, and the platform takes nothing from your turnover.

Before you trust the label, check three things:

  • Who holds the code. Full source code on your own servers is not the same as a compiled build that the vendor can switch off.
  • What stays recurring. Game aggregation, payment provider fees, hosting and paid support are normally separate contracts, even when the platform itself has no fee.
  • What happens if you part ways. With code on your servers the casino keeps running. With a rental it usually stops, and the player database may stay with the vendor.

How we built this table

Gambling Soft figures come from our own online casino software pricing page. Every other row comes from the vendor’s own page, checked on 14 October 2026 and linked in the last column. Where a vendor does not publish a number, we write “price on request” or “not published” instead of guessing. TBetSoft and Callisto state that they deliver source code but do not publish their fee terms, so ask them in writing whether any share of revenue applies. We are one of the vendors in the list, and our row uses only the prices we publish. If you are also weighing rental platforms such as SoftSwiss or Slotegrator, they are covered in a separate guide: SoftSwiss and Slotegrator alternatives.

What you still pay after a one-time licence

“No GGR share” means the platform takes nothing from your turnover. It does not mean the casino has no running costs. Using our own price list as a worked example:

  • Games. Official studio games come as a package for $5,500 plus 15% of the GGR of those games. Turnkey game packages start at $7,500 and carry 7% to 15% of the GGR of their games, depending on the package. The platform itself has no monthly fee.
  • Support. Optional, $1,980 per 40 hours. A 12-month warranty covers the delivered code.
  • Your own contracts. Hosting after the included period, the domain, payment providers and marketing.
  • Gaming licence. A software licence is not a gaming licence. An Anjouan licence with company registration costs $28,000 through us; other jurisdictions cost more.

Other vendors split costs differently, so ask each one for the same list: setup fee, game fees, support rate and what is included in hosting.

When a one-time licence makes sense, and when renting is better

Buying the software outright pays off when you plan to run the casino for more than a year or two, want to change the product yourself, or work in markets where a vendor may drop you overnight. You carry the technical responsibility: servers, updates and security are yours, or your developer’s.

Renting a white label or managed turnkey platform still makes sense when you need certification for a regulated market from day one, tens of thousands of games without extra integration work, or a fully managed service, and your expected turnover justifies a permanent share. Many operators start with the cheaper route and move later, so check that you can export the player database either way.

How to check a “no revenue share” offer

  1. Ask for the code handover terms in writing: full source, or a compiled build, and under which licence.
  2. Ask for a demo of both the casino and the admin panel before you pay anything.
  3. Ask for the list of recurring payments with amounts: games, support, updates, hosting.
  4. Ask what happens to the code and the players if you stop paying for support.
  5. Ask for the launch date as a number of business days after which payment.

Our own answers are on the pricing page, and ready brands with demos are listed under ready-made casinos.
