• New: automatic payouts. Withdrawals are sent to the gateway automatically per brand; an error status is introduced for failed attempts with manual processing from the panel; duplicate subtraction when submitting to the gateway fixed; refunds return money to both player and domain balances; requisites are shown on withdrawal rows.
• New: cancel withdrawal by player from the account, by invoice code.
• Improved: FreeKassa withdrawal fixes, Antrpay FPS fix, NOWPayments USDT TRC20 form, repeated payment callback handling, temporary deposit commissions for FreeKassa and NOWPayments, pay-way form limits and default amounts.

Support chat with an AI assistant

• New: GPT integration in the support chat: the assistant answers first-line questions by the brand’s own rules, the terms and conditions are part of the prompt, ignored phrases and anti-spam logic keep it quiet when not needed; default credentials for all domain groups; settings screen.
• Improved: chat links to the player, message timestamps, icons, scroll to selected element, pagination, avatars.

Partner portal

• New: partner portal application started this month: admin panel, account routes, home page, promo materials, discount and income mechanism, image routes, security basics, production configuration.

Admin panel

• New: entity change log. Create, update and delete of panel entities are logged with the acting administrator.
• New: log in as a player for investigating requests (administrator only).
• New: ban reasons stored in a table, selectable on the user form and shown to the banned player at login; new reasons added through migrations.
• New: roles and safety. Support role per domain group; staff cannot edit users above them in the hierarchy; authorization log section per user; safety-system links from user details; highlighting of entries in user details; current wager shown.
• New: game settings with experience and points availability per game, 500 games per page, admin permissions, filters by slot type; side categories support in the API.
• Improved: dates in the user’s time zone with UTC default, domain validation, payments filter by domain group for administrators, withdrawal information column, gaming accounts with session id, balance number types, translations.

Anti-fraud and limits

• New: multi-account detection by payout requisites in the safety system; previous-withdrawal check adjusted; balance restriction on actions for detected multi-accounts.
• New: maximum payments sum in USD per day per player and a deposit request limit.
