White Label Casino Cost per Month in 2026: Setup Fees and Revenue Share of 10 Providers

Updated October 20, 2026. Author: Alexander, Founder, Gambling Soft.

Short answer: most white label casino providers do not publish a monthly fee or a revenue share percentage. They quote both after a sales call. Of the ten providers below, only two publish any price: 2WinPower shows a white label casino from EUR 35,000 with the final price set individually, and Gambling Soft publishes its full white label terms: a one-time fee of one third of the source-code price plus 8% of monthly profit (GGR minus bonuses and payment fees), with no fixed monthly platform fee. Game content is billed on top as a share of GGR at almost every provider.

White label casino pricing: 10 providers compared

Each row comes from the provider’s own public page, checked on October 20, 2026. Where a page publishes no figure, we write “not published” or “price on request” and do not estimate one.

What third-party guides give as market ranges

Since most providers keep prices private, published guides quote market ranges instead. Treat them as orientation, not as a quote:

  • Setup fee: $15,000 to $150,000, depending on scope and data migration; 4-12 weeks to go live (Symphony Solutions, December 2025).
  • Platform and maintenance fee: $5,000 to $50,000 per month, depending on traffic and service level (same source).
  • Revenue share: commonly 10% to 30% of net gaming revenue, sometimes higher with custom work (Symphony Solutions; OHS Gaming, updated August 2026).
  • One provider that does publish setup fees: Casino Platform lists a EUR 10,000 setup fee on its revenue-share Starter plan and EUR 50,000 on its Growth plan, with launch in 3 to 6 weeks (September 2026).

For comparison, the Gambling Soft white label share of 8% of monthly profit sits below the 10-30% range these guides quote, and there is no fixed monthly platform fee on top. Note the base differs: we count profit as GGR minus bonuses and payment fees, while NGR definitions vary by provider, so always ask what is deducted before the percentage is applied.

What you actually pay for with a white label casino

A white label quote usually has four parts, even when the provider names only one of them. First, a setup fee for branding, domain, front-end and back-office configuration. Second, a platform charge: either a fixed monthly fee, a share of your revenue, or both, often with a monthly minimum. Third, game content: almost every provider passes through the game studios’ fees as a percentage of GGR from those games. Fourth, payments and compliance: payment processing fees, KYC checks and, if you run under the provider’s licence, the licence costs built into its share. Hosting and support may be included or billed separately.

When a provider says “price on request”, ask for each of these four parts in writing, plus the monthly minimum and the notice period. Two quotes with the same headline share can differ a lot once the minimum and the game fees are added.

Gambling Soft white label terms, in full

These are the published terms from our pricing page:

  • White label: a one-time fee of one third of the source-code price of the chosen casino, plus 8% of monthly profit. Profit here means GGR minus bonuses and payment fees. You get the admin panel, not the code.
  • No fixed monthly platform fee on top of that share.
  • Buying the source code instead: from $8,500 one-time for the Violet casino, paid in three stages, with a 12-month software warranty. After that no revenue share goes to us for the platform.
  • Turnkey packages with games paid as a share of GGR: Casino Lite $7,500 with 9% of GGR, Casino Pro $15,000 with 8% of GGR.
  • Official slots package (Pragmatic Play, Evolution and 76+ providers): $5,500 one-time, then 15% of GGR from those games.
  • Optional technical support: 40 hours of any work for $1,980.
  • Launch: 7 business days after the advance payment.

A worked example, with made-up round numbers so you can check the formula: if the casino makes $50,000 GGR in a month and spends $10,000 on bonuses and payment fees, profit is $40,000 and the 8% white label share is $3,200 for that month. Game fees are counted separately on the GGR of those games.

White label or buy the source code?

A revenue share is cheap at the start and grows with the casino. A one-time code purchase costs more on day one, but the platform share stops there. If you expect steady revenue for more than a year, compare the total of both options over 12 and 24 months before you sign. We go through this in detail in source code vs white label casino. White label offers from other providers are collected in our white label solutions section, and the licence side is covered in casino software with a licence. For one large platform’s pricing policy, see EveryMatrix pricing explained.

Questions to ask every white label provider

  1. What is the setup fee, and what exactly does it include?
  2. Is there a fixed monthly fee, a revenue share, or both? Is the share taken from GGR or from net revenue, and what is deducted first?
  3. Is there a monthly minimum, and what happens in a month below it?
  4. How are game provider fees billed, and at what percentage of GGR?
  5. Whose licence do you operate under, and what does it cost if you move to your own?
  6. Can you buy out the platform or the code later, and at what price?

How we calculated this

Every competitor figure in the table comes from the provider’s own public website, checked on October 20, 2026: 2WinPower’s homepage price block, GammaStack’s white label comparison table and FAQ, SoftGamings’ white label comparison table, BetConstruct’s white label page, and the sales or enquiry pages of the others. We did not use third-party estimates. Gambling Soft figures come from our pricing page. Provider prices change, so confirm the current quote before signing.

FAQ

How much does white label casino software cost per month?

Most providers do not publish a monthly fee and quote it after a sales call. At Gambling Soft there is no fixed monthly platform fee: white label is a one-time fee of one third of the source-code price plus 8% of monthly profit.

What revenue share do white label casino providers take?

Of the ten providers we checked, only Gambling Soft publishes its share: 8% of monthly profit, where profit is GGR minus bonuses and payment fees. The others quote the share individually, and game content is usually billed on top as a percentage of GGR.

What is the cheapest way to start with a white label casino?

Compare the setup fee, the revenue share, the monthly minimum and the game fees together, not the headline price alone. At Gambling Soft, the Casino Lite turnkey package costs $7,500 with games paid as 9% of GGR.

How long does it take to launch a white label casino?

Published launch times range from 2-3 weeks (GammaStack) to about 6 weeks (SoftGamings). Gambling Soft installs a turnkey casino in 7 business days after the advance payment.

Is it better to pay a revenue share or buy the source code?

A revenue share costs less at the start but grows with your revenue, while a one-time code purchase from $8,500 stops the platform share. If you expect steady revenue for more than a year, compare the total cost of both options over 12 and 24 months.
