Casino Software With Anti-Fraud and Multi-Account Detection: What the Platform Checks and Who Sells It (2026)

Updated: October 2026 (29 October). By Alexander, Founder, Gambling Soft. Prices checked on 29 October 2026.

Short answer: multi-account detection in casino software is a set of rules that run on the platform side every time a player registers, logs in, claims a bonus or asks for a payout: the same IP and login history on several accounts, identical payout details on different accounts, a login from a new device, a win without a bet, a win after a bonus was cancelled, a withdrawal larger than the possible balance or more than three times the deposits. Gambling Soft ships these rules in every product (ready casino with source code from $8,500, turnkey package from $7,500, platform source code $19,000, white label for one third of the brand price): a flagged player gets no automatic payouts, the withdrawal goes to manual review and staff make the decision from the player card. Among the platform vendors we checked, SOFTSWISS, EveryMatrix, Digitain, GR8 Tech and NuxGame also describe anti-fraud tools as part of their platform; Delasport sells fraud monitoring as a separate product; SEON and Sumsub are the third-party tools most often connected on top.

What "multi-account detection" means in practice

A second account is cheap for a player and expensive for the operator: one person collects the welcome bonus five times, plays both sides of a tournament or splits deposits to stay under the verification limit. No single signal proves a duplicate, so the platform collects several and marks the account for review. The signals a casino back office should record are listed below, with a note on which of them Gambling Soft has in production.

Signal What it catches In the Gambling Soft back office
Same IP and login history on several accounts Bonus farming from one connection, agents registering players Yes, flag in the player card
Identical payout details on different accounts Several accounts cashing out to one card or wallet Yes, flag before the payout queue
Login from a new device Account takeover, shared accounts Yes, alert to the player and entry in the login log
Win without a bet Broken provider callbacks, manipulated rounds Yes, flag and manual review
Win after a bonus was cancelled Bonus abuse through late round results Yes, flag and manual review
Withdrawal larger than the possible balance, or more than 3 times the deposits Balance errors, chains of cancelled rounds Yes, withdrawal held for staff
Email and phone confirmation, KYC before the first payout Throwaway registrations Yes, KYC through Sumsub with automatic status updates
Device fingerprinting and behavioural scoring Duplicates behind VPN and clean IPs Not built in; a third-party service such as SEON is connected under the operator's contract, quoted separately

Which vendors sell casino software with anti-fraud built in

The table lists what each vendor says publicly about its own anti-fraud and multi-account tools. "Built in" means the rules are part of the platform the operator buys or rents, not a separate contract. Prices are from the vendors' own pages; where a vendor publishes none, the table says so.

How the Gambling Soft safety system works

The rules are the same in every product and run on the same code that has processed real bets, deposits and payouts of our clients' casinos since 2010. What the operator sees:

  • Flags in the player card. The card shows deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, promo codes, spins, the balance log, logins, sports bets and anti-fraud flags on one timeline, so support sees why a withdrawal is on hold without opening five reports.
  • Manual review instead of automatic payout. A flagged player gets no automatic payouts; the withdrawal sits in the queue with action buttons and a note on the signal that stopped it. Staff approve, reject or ask for documents.
  • KYC and limits. Email and phone confirmation at registration, identity verification through Sumsub with a link to the player and automatic status updates, deposit limits and self-exclusion, an alert to the player on login from a new device.
  • Bonus abuse. Bonus balance with wagering progress, a win after a cancelled bonus is flagged, free spins are tracked by remaining spins, a player with an active wager finishes free spins in the same game instead of opening a loophole.
  • Money accounting. Idempotent bet, win and refund callbacks, replay protection for repeated provider notifications, round rollback, protection from double-crediting a crypto deposit and one balance log for every movement. Most "fraud" cases in a young casino are in fact accounting gaps, and these are closed in the wallet, not in a rule.
  • Access control. Six roles inside a brand, login with a password plus a mandatory Google Authenticator code, a log of every staff action, and a platform health panel that lists anti-fraud signals, login failures and stuck payouts.

What the system does not do: it does not ban anyone automatically and it does not replace a licence requirement for KYC. The rules stop the money; the decision stays with your staff. The full module list is on the platform features page and the back office page.

What it costs

With Gambling Soft the anti-fraud rules, the review queue, the player card and the action log are included in the price of the product: a ready casino with source code from $8,500 (Violet) to $47,500 (Velvet), a turnkey package from $7,500, the platform source code for $19,000 or a white label casino for one third of the brand's source-code price plus 8% of profit. Launch takes 7 business days after the advance; payment is in three equal parts; the warranty is 12 months; the source code comes under a perpetual licence. The two costs that stay outside the platform price for any vendor are the KYC provider (per verification, under your contract) and an optional device-intelligence service. Connecting an extra service to our platform is custom work and is quoted separately.

How to check a vendor before paying

  1. Ask for back office access and open a player card: the flags, the login log and the balance log must be on one screen, not in an export.
  2. Ask what happens to a withdrawal when two accounts share payout details. The right answer is "it stops and a person decides", not "the system blocks the player".
  3. Ask which signals are rules inside the platform and which come from a third-party service you will pay for separately.
  4. Ask whether your own developers can change the thresholds. On a rented platform you depend on the vendor; with source code you change the rule yourself.
  5. Check that KYC is tied to the first payout, not only to registration, and that the status updates without a manual step.

FAQ

Does the platform detect multi-accounts automatically?

It detects and flags them automatically by IP and login history, identical payout details and device changes. The block on money is automatic: no automatic payouts for a flagged player. The decision to close an account is made by staff.

Is anti-fraud the same as KYC?

No. KYC verifies who the player is, once, with documents. Anti-fraud watches what the account does every day: logins, bonuses, bets and payouts. A casino needs both; the licence usually requires KYC, and the operator's own money requires anti-fraud.

Can I add SEON or another scoring service?

Yes, under your own contract with the service. On our platform the integration is custom work with a separate estimate; the built-in rules keep working alongside it.

Do bonus abuse rules come with the bonus system?

Yes. Wagering progress, free spins tracking, the flag on a win after a cancelled bonus and the cap on withdrawals relative to deposits are part of the bonus and wallet modules in every product, including the white label casino.

How much does casino software with anti-fraud cost?

At Gambling Soft it is included: from $8,500 for a ready casino with source code, from $7,500 for a turnkey package, $19,000 for the platform source code. Managed platforms (SOFTSWISS, EveryMatrix, Digitain, GR8 Tech, NuxGame) quote on request; Delasport prices fraud monitoring separately.
