## Licence and rights (terms of work, clause 8)
- Source-code products: full platform code on your server under a perpetual licence; modify and use it in any number of your own projects; run casinos for other operators as a service on your infrastructure (white label). Prohibited: resale, transfer of the code to third parties, publishing it.
- Only the licensing module (key and date check) is supplied encoded (ionCube, 3 files); all business logic, payments, front-end and admin panel are open. Code escrow under a separate agreement.
- Payment: one-time, three equal parts (1/3 advance, 1/3 after the demo of your configured platform, 1/3 after acceptance). Warranty 12 months. Launch of a ready platform: 7 business days after the advance.

## What you pay and when
- One-time: the product price. Recurring: only games, as a share of their GGR (official package 15%; games in turnkey packages 9%, 8%, 7% or 15%). The platform itself has no monthly fee and no revenue share.
- Optional: technical support $1,980 per 40 hours after the included period; extra modules for the platform (poker $7,500, sportsbook $9,500, official slots $5,500); +7% when paying by SEPA, SWIFT or card instead of USDT.
- Your own contracts: hosting after the included period (1 month in Casino Lite, 1 year in other packages and with the platform source code), domain, payment providers, marketing.

## How buying works
1. You choose a product (a ready casino brand or the platform source code) and, if needed, a license and payment providers.
2. We issue an invoice; payment is one-time, in three stages: advance, after the demo of the configured platform, after acceptance (UAT).
3. Launch takes 7 business days after the advance for a ready platform. Custom development is estimated separately.
4. You get the source code, documentation, installation on your hosting, staff training and 12 months of warranty.
5. Payment: USDT (TRC20, ERC20), other cryptocurrencies, or SEPA/SWIFT/card on request (+7%).
