• Remote and land-based betting (sports betting)
• Betting intermediary licenses (for exchanges)
• Online gaming and lotteries

B2B (Business-to-Business): Development and supply of gaming machines, software, equipment, and other solutions for operators Charitable Organizations: Licenses for lotteries and betting as part of fundraising events. However, in 2025, this process is unlikely to be fully launched. Instead, non-profit organizations will continue operating under the existing permit system Each applicant will go through a three-stage verification process:

• Corporate audit (assessment of company structure)
• Financial audit (evaluation of financial stability)
• Technical audit (compliance with security and operational standards)

According to Caulfield, the regulator will pay special attention to thoroughly screening all applicants.
